A debate on the cull took place in Parliament on 13th March.
A peaceful protest, supported by Care for the Wild and the Badger Trust and with speakers including Bill Oddie, Kerry McCarthy MP and the League Against Cruel Sports, took place on College Green, Westminster.
A peaceful protest against the badger cull also took place in Stratford upon Avon on Saturday 15th of March, organised by Lydia Hocking, Warwickshire Badger Group, with wildlife charity Care for the Wild and the Badger Trust,
Speakers included leading anti-cull spokesperson Dominic Dyer, CEO of The Badger Trust and Policy Advisor to Care for the Wild, Jack Reedy from the Warwickshire Badger Group, Jude Walker from Gloucestershire Against Badger Shooting and Karen Varga, Green Party.
Care for the Wild International is a charity based in Horsham which aims to Rescue, Protect and Defend wildlife around the world.
