On January 31st., Greg Rutherford, the Olympic gold medal athlete, visited HULA, his local animal rescue in Milton Keynes, and met the Staffie who has been named for him.
Greg is an ex-pound dog being given another chance by HULA, which also has other pound dogs at the sanctuary.
Joan, our committee member, who regularly visits HULA, tells us that Greg Staffie is wary of men – but he took to Greg Rutherford very quickly:
