The SOFA Club in Thorpe House School, Norfolk, received the Charlotte Wright award for their excellent work for animals. Their teacher, Sue Cole, a QCA member, writes:
The RSPCA AGM went very well and we all had a wonderful day. Lauren made a short acceptance speech and we also were able to meet Dr. Jane Goodall, who inspired us all. Angela (Angela Walder, QCA Scientific Advisor and a RSPCA Trustee and Council Member) is an amazing lady and works so hard for animals; she managed to persuade the RSPCA to campaign for compulsory chipping when she spoke at the AGM in the afternoon.
We were so honoured to be there and meet with people who work so hard for animals.
